2007 Rocket Football Information

Coordinator: Bill Reits

Grades/Ages:
    56^er - Tackle Football for 5^th and 6^th grades less than 12 years old
    78^er - Tackle Football for 7^th and 8^th grades less than 14 years old

   Season: mid August - end of October, 2008
Practice: three to four nights a week. First 2 weeks of conditioning may require more nights.

Cost:
          56^er - $120 (We supply game uniform, practice pants, & all pads.
You need your own helmet & cleats)
          78^er - $135 (We supply game uniform, practice pants, & all pads.
You need your own helmet & cleats)

                              56er - Semi-competitive
                                78er - Competitive
                                JV - Competitive

Notes about football (56er and above): One of the principles taught at all levels of football is toughness. Players will be "pushed" to give their best effort even through bumps, bruises, minor injuries, minor illness, headaches, etc. This is not only a part of the game but an excellent lesson in life. Obviously, the expectation will be heightened at higher levels of play.

WMCAA Refund Policy:

Before practice starts - 100%;
after 1^st day of practice - 75%;
after 1^st week of practice- 50%;
after 2^nd week or 1st game - no refund.
